Steps..
1-Connect to Wi-Fi.
2 In that network, click on the settings to set the proxy and manual port and save.  ( PROXY 5.161.212.189  - PORT 8080 )
3-Open this URL in the browser mitm.it/cert/cer and Download Cert.
4-Go to settings and in the magnifying glass type cert
5-Select CA certificate, install anyway, select the cert and install.
6-Go to settings, applications, Show system, look for the Unlock App at the end and delete the data.
7-Go back, look for the Device Unlock option, click on it, it will give 1 error, select Permanent Unlock and Done (Unlocked 100%)
